  • Electrical drawings.

Some people break earth without some of these drawings and hope everything turns out fine. That is a wrong mentality. Please follow the right process.

For this analysis, a case sample of the design shown below is used. We have only put uploaded draft renderings of the design so as to provide a basis for this costing.

  1. Well noted. But u didn’t specify the number of block work from lintel to roofing level. What is the total number of block work for the building?

    1. The number of blocks required in each stage are outlined in the article. A total can be gotten by adding them up sir.

      1. Hmmmm. Could it be that I’m no longer seeing well? He only said block work above DPC. And block work in foundation. Or is there no block settings after lintel before roofing?

    1. This bill doesn’t include the contractor’s profit. You are not advised to lift this bill as an exact figure for your project. This material and labour bill is specifically linked to a unique design that is not uploaded. You would not build yourself, but when you consult us, or your architect/contractor, you would be able to get more details about your project. Thank you.

  2. U said this is 2022 bill. Plz wer on Earth can u get block laying plus labour for #45? For 225 mm blocks? Plz adjust dat cos it’s misleading.. again, 1bag of cement mortar is for 50 bags..
Relate that to ur calculation, it’s misleading too.

    1. Thank you for the feedback. #45 per block is an error. It is #60 per block, and it is captured on other aspects showing block work. I have adjusted that. I do not understand yotu cement mortar description.
